Terms & Conditions

All nominees are decided by utilising the public votes, and ultimately, it is the judges’ decision who the winners will be.

The category finalists listed on the site are solely decided by the public vote. Each nominee will only feature in one category when voting goes live (even if they have been nominated in more than one category), the way in which this is decided is that they will feature in the category they received the most nominations.

Within the Nominations form, there is a section to detail why the nominee deserves the nomination which allows up to 400 characters. When voting goes public this will be added to the website for the public to see. We at the MBCC Awards under NO circumstances can change this beyond basic spell check and grammar, so it is important that you use as many of the characters wisely as well as the correct spelling and grammar.

Please also ensure that the name of your nominee is accurate.

Within the nominations form please upload a picture of the nominee only with no other person in view. This picture will be used to promote and CANNOT be changed later.

We reserve the right to remove a nomination if the details are not true and are factually inaccurate.

We will publicise the nomination received on social media to help provide that all important visibility for the nominee. If you prefer for this not to happen, please contact us immediately at info@mbccawards.co.uk within 48 hours. Otherwise, we will take this as a confirmation of acceptance to these terms & conditions and visibility on social media platforms.

Eligible Nominations received before the deadline mentioned on the website will be submitted for the public vote.
